Here’s how it works…

• No minimum order required, the fee is $5.00 per order not per item.
• Merchandise and shipping cost is paid under your account.
• Order shows being sent from you!
• Once the item leaves our warehouse, you will be receiving tracking information.
• Returns and exchanges are through your company policy.
• $5.00 cancellation fee for canceled order prior to being shipped out charged to your account.
• Returns are only accepted with a manufacture defect and must have a RMA number.
• Email all drop ship orders to sales@romacostume.com

Method of shipping service via UPS or USPS- International Shipping is vis USPS, customs, taxes are your customer’s responsibility. Request for express of next day shipping should be emailed before 1:00PM PST.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours- 24 hours is our main timeframe for shipping processing.
